Where do you ship to?

We ship US only. We only ship to Michigan, Ohio, California, Georgia, Texas, North Carolina, Indiana and Pennsylvania.

How long does it take to ship?

Our current shipping time is 2 Days Processing + 3-5 Days Delivery.

The Roché Collection is sold coast to coast at great retailers, retaurants and bars. Most states can purchase from our online wine store as well as at local wine shops and liquor stores across the country. If you don’t find The Roché Collection at your favorite local shop, tell them you want them to become our newest retailer!

I own or work at a retail store, restaurant or wine bar that wants to sell your wine—who are your distributors?

Do you sell your wines internationally?

For now, The Roché Collection Wines are only available for purchase and shipment in the US.

Do you have a winery or tasting room that I can visit or tour?

At the moment, we neither have a tasting room nor a winery that are open for visits or tours. We participate in local tastings and wine dinners, which you can learn more about by signing up for our newsletters.

Are your wines vegan?

We do our best to use vegan wine-making techniques when possible, but we do not guarantee that any of our wines are vegan.

Can you donate wine for or sponsor my event?

We are always interested in supporting events with a good cause, but we just don’t have enough wine to donate to every amazing organization! However, if you think there is an opportunity for us to contribute to your effort in other ways please feel free to contact us with your ideas!

Are you available to speak at my event?

Wéve been the keynote speakers at large conferences (audiences of 1000+ people) as well as conducted private wine education seminars for groups as small as six. No matter the size or scope of your gathering, wéd love to connect with you and your group for a fun, exciting and inspirational event. Reach out by contacting us to request information about our story, availability, topics we speak on, fees, etc. We ask that you reach out to us 2-3 months in advance.

SHIPPING

AGE

We take underage purchasing and possession of alcohol very seriously. By using our website, you represent and affirm that you are at least 21 years old and that any gift recipient to whom you ship alcohol products through the website is also at least 21 years old. All deliveries must be signed for by an adult who is at least age 21.  In order to protect the integrity of our business, we caution you that if we discover any violation of applicable law, we will take active steps to report any such violation to the appropriate authorities.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

We require an adult signature by the recipient of any order.   Our third-party delivery partner will not allow a package to be left without an adult signature, and we highly recommend that you use an office or business address for the “Shipping Address” when checking out. By using a business or office address, it will facilitate delivery by enabling an adult to be available to sign for the package and to take possession.

STATES WHERE DELIVERY IS PERMITTED

All orders are fulfilled and delivered by licensed retailers as indicated in the “ship to” states which appear under each product. We encourage you to continue to check in with us to see if the product(s) you desire are now available to be shipped to your location.

REFUND

We do not offer any refunds on orders unless your package arrived damaged or didn’t arrive at all.
